How it works

Continuity is the secret sauce
To ensure mastery, the in-person experience is followed by five, 90-minute group Implementation Huddles, conducted via video conference.
At 1, 3, 5, 8, and 12 weeks after the initial workshop, leaders will review implementation successes and setbacks, and gather feedback to help them define – and commit to – a crystal clear course of action. Inevitable mastery.
