Do you have something in mind?
Okay, now I want you to think about the kind of person who already has that thing.
What is different about the way they ACT and the way you ACT? Skip the part about how their circumstances are different and focus on their actions compared to your own.
This exercise will likely reveal a useful change you need to make in your behaviors. It may also reveal that you aren’t willing to do the things necessary to get what you want. If that’s the case it will probably be helpful to focus your desires elsewhere.
